Selling Europe’s Lifestyle

Came across this video clip on the EU Shanghai Expo website. Nice film, very professional, and an interesting attempt at capturing an upbeat view of “Europeanness”, still a tricky concept, at least when seen from inside.  So this is us? What do people think?

  1. Hi Steve,
a whole series of short clips like this one where made for the EU pavilion in Shanghai. We had to create an impression of what the EU/Europe is for the (mostly) Chinese visitors of the pavilion, knowing there wasn’t more than approx. 12 minutes to do so (one of the reason for that short timespan being the need to control the flow of hughe numbers of visitors).
I am glad you like this one, look at the others and join the EU@Shanhghai fanpage at Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#!/pages/Shanghai-China/EU-Shanghai-2010/355643563649?ref=ts
