Regulating the Gamblers

Gamblers need to be protected from unscrupulous practices and addiction. The Court of Justice has ruled in favour of national regulators rights to restrict market access in the name of consumer protection. Many MEPs support this decision and wrung a promise from Michel Barnier, the new internal market commissioner, to deliver a policy report by the autumn. Watch the video.
