Here’s a nice experiment: go and read this article on Read, Write Web. Don’t forget to read the comments – it’s essential. Then come back. So? Yep, I was too. This teaches that users surf on the web via Google – not via their bookmarks nor their URL bar. They search, they click. It happenedĀ with this one too. (of course, it’s all in the comments).

  1. And that’s why you should always be careful not to just click on a link that looks like a Facebook page!! Same with Myspace or any other account-based site.
