I can’t recall ever actually seeing a “networking breakfast” on the programme of a conference before. It may be just me, but the very concept fills me with existential horror. Is it possible to “network” over the cornflakes?

Sure, it is possible. However, is is not easy. Last week I made a working visit to Brussels, the programme started at 08.00 – and we had an intense discussion during breakfast.
Maybe is it possible for us, because most dutch do not like cornflakes.
