In my view the debates in the Chamber offer a richer field of discourse for memorable utterances than many face to face meetings.

Also, &quot;quotes&quot; sent by email invariably fall some flat.

My favourite political quote (although I know not who said it and about whom) is: &quot;He is going around the country spreading apathy.&quot;</description>
