This post is more than a year old and my situation has improved - a little bit. Still too many meetings around, if you ask me.

A good occasion to check I Hate Meetings (http://www.fixmeetings.com/i-hate-meetings), website spotted by @smashingmag (http://twitter.com/SMASHINGMAG).

Tibo forgot to mention that he does not shout at all meeetings (viso or not). Sometimes he even brings smarties, cookies, apples (Belgian VAT included) for everyone in the room.

Thanks, Dirk. I think Dilbert is a collective inspiration for us...
And, yes, we do pay taxes, but not to the Belgian state. We pay them into the EU budget! (I'll leave you to decide which is the more deserving cause.)

Nice one, Tibo! LOL. Don't worry, it's not just you guys, the same thing happens even in BANKS. (remember them?) Do you know Dilbert? Meetings are what organizations do. Survive them!

Hi,
I am sorry that your life is filled with meetings.
I am slightly annoyed to see that you take yet more time to write about this time wasting habit.
But what drives me mad is that you do all this on taxpayers dime. (nothing personal : since you don't pay taxes, how could you understand my point?)
To me this blog, however entertaining and funny (cough, cough),is the logical outcome of a perverted system. A system where the actors basically live in their own comfy little bubble and, while they firmly believe they are being honest servants to the society, progressively lose track of what their mission goals are.
